Antarma's influences and collaborations are truly multicultural - from Ancient Sanskrit Mantras of the Sanatan Dharma Indian Tradition as well as the Amazonian, Sufi and African Brazilian Sacred Traditions.

Antarma took this same vibrancy into powerful events that fuse meditation, chanting, song and dance into a fully interactive journey, bringing audiences into deep connection and ecstatic joy - an experience to celebrate life’s ups and downs together. He takes people through transformational, life affirming experiences with music, joyful celebration, poetry and mantra sadhana (practice). His upbeat Djembe Drumming can make any crowd go wild and come together. Often you will find him dancing amongst them getting everyone involved.

Cacao Ceremony 
With a light hearted approach, we open the space as a collective. Serving high quality Ceremonial Grade Conscious Tribal Cacao, giving thanks and speaking to its role in the evening and in our lives. We set intentions and prepare to dance!  

‍Dance
‍We come together to celebrate life, connection, music and dance. An open-hearted, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can dance like no one is watching and sing like no one is listening! This is free form dancing, no specific movement rules. Expect a range of dance sub-genres, ranging from world music, tribal/organic beats, psy-dub and then warming up into some feel good synths, house and melodic techno, maybe a tad of fun Drum & Bass to energise! Winding down for the last 20 minutes or so to prepare you for the soundbath.

Gong Bath
‍The combination of Cacao and sound can have profound effects. We wind down with the Harmony Hub with a harmonic resonance experience to integrate the circulation of energy, come home to ourselves and vibrate into peaceful rest.

***Bring a pillow, blanket and a yoga mat (or whatever you need to get comfy to lay down during this experience)

Nick Carnelian is a holistic events facilitator from Liverpool. He offers kirtan mantra singing, laughter yoga, mindfulness and nature connection. Nick enjoys a slow and simple way of life, feeling most at home amongst the trees. He also likes to dance and create different songs, stories and poems. 

Kirtan mantra singing is a form of vibrational sound healing, which helps to cleanse and rebalance your energy, opening up your heart to Love and transcendent bliss. This devotional practice offers us a way to connect with the divine and have a direct experience of God / Spirit / the Great Love Ocean.

Aimee Lea Frances is a Creatrix & Acoustic heart led Singer/songwriter whose soul songs birth from an inspiring life journey.

Aimee has been on her creative journey for 18 years, spreading her seeds wherever the world calls her. From the corners of the back streets of London and Liverpool to conscious music festivals, circles and gatherings around the world, she carries her seeds anywhere the tide takes her - helping and inspiring others along the way. 

JoyDay is an acoustic singer-songwriter based in the South Lakes who joined us on the crew at LoveHerder 2023 and she was inspired to reconnect with her music, which is exactly what she did and she is back with us at LoveHerder 2025 as a performer!!

Drawing inspiration from personal experiences and the beauty of everyday life, her performances are a mix of original songs, storytelling and selected covers. She also likes to connect with the audience and sing together in harmony!

Opening and Closing Ceremonies

The invitation is to truly arrive! We will ground and connect, meeting ourselves, the land and each other. We will tune into what is needed for the weekend, welcoming support to help us on our journey.

We will close the weekend in gratitude for all the teachings, gifts and happenings from our time together. We will mark the closing of the experience as a beginning for the next steps on our paths, as we carry our truth in our hearts into the world beyond.

Creative Tools for Integration

In this workshop, we explore creative expressive ways we can reflect on and integrate change for sustainable healing and growth.

Karima is a Dramatherapist, energy healer, experienced workshop facilitator and celebrant in training. Karima weaves environmental art therapy and ancestral healing into her work -supporting people through personal and collective trauma healing. Guided through a series of gentle sensory immersion techniques, you will attune to the whispers of the trees, the textures of the land, and the symphony of the wild. With hands rooted in creativity, you will gather natural elements to shape a clay offering—an intuitive expression of gratitude to the forest. Finally, surrender into deep relaxation as the resonance of crystal singing bowls harmonizes with your breath, guiding you into heart coherence—a space of peace, balance, and presence. I am so excited to take LoveHerder folk on an inner voyage of discovery. Using deep Breathwork, sound and magic we will access a frequency of unconditional love. We will breathe into our summer loving, fun and laughter energies. We will breathe into our creator/creatrix potential. We will summon our innate personal and collective power.

Through fire, movement, and dramatic storytelling, three performers embody Lilith, Adam, and Eve in a breath-taking display of rebellion, exile, and empowerment—set against a backdrop of captivating flames.

Pyromancy Productions is a dynamic fire and performance arts company specializing in breath taking fire shows, LED displays, and immersive storytelling. With a fusion of high-energy choreography, theatrical narratives, and mesmerizing flame work, we create unforgettable experiences that captivate audiences. As passionate performers and skilled fire artists, we bring myths, legends, and elemental magic to life through movement, dance, and light. Whether on festival stages or intimate gatherings, Pyromancy Productions delivers performances that ignite the imagination and set the night ablaze.

During this workshop you will be gently guided by Ian, Katie and Jasmine through a journey of singing where you can join in as you feel comfortable. We will explore improvising sounds and harmonising on simple mantra-style songs. This is a chance to be part of your own sound journey and activate your voice as part of a group.

Ian Jamieson is an acoustic guitarist and songwriter known for his fingerstyle technique and heartfelt lyrics. His music reflects a life shaped by travel, personal experiences, and a spiritual journey.

A mindful, breath-centred practice with a short sound-healing element during savasana to conclude; perfect to rejuvenate body, mind and spirit ready to embrace everything the festival has to offer.

About the facilitator

Jimmie is a 200 hour qualified hatha yoga teacher with over1000 hours of taught class time. With personal practice rooted in vinyasa and ashtanga yoga, his classes tend to include some powerful flows to build heat in the body, as well as longer, deeper stretches to leave participants refreshed and energised.

About the Workshop

This movement and stillness meditation is always adapted to suit all needs and can be done seated or standing. I guide each session intuitively with words from my heart. Qigong and mindfulness has helped me in miraculous ways and I love to share my offerings with other's.

Kristy is a Qigong/mindfulness facilitator, holistic practitioner and a carer. I work with energy and have a deep love for nature, mindfulness, Qigong and dancing. I love connecting with people and having so much fun along the way!

About the Workshop

Women's Energy is an invitation to connect with your Divine Feminine Wisdom through movement. The movement is inspired by Yoni Shakti and will guide you to feel fully embodied as we channel our Shakti energy, rising into dance and descending back to the Earth for a restorative Yoga Nidra. We will connect to our energetic Womb Spaces, The Elements, The Chakras and Mother Earth. You are welcome exactly as you are in all your beauty.

About the facilitator

Natalie has been practising yoga for 20 years living in Thailand for 6 years. It was not until she experienced a breakdown/breakthrough7 years ago that I reconnected to yoga as a healing and spiritual journey. Natalie is now an advocate of menstrual cycle awareness and womb wisdom completing yoga training with Hannah Glancy, Minker Chang and Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.

About the Workshop

When you take part in a laughter workshop/session you get a release of endorphins, giving you a “feel good” factor; the whole body relaxes and stress is reduced. The aim is to have fun, have a laugh, and be creative. You also get an aerobic exercise, as laughter tones your muscles, improves your respiration, and gives your immune system a boost.

About the facilitator

Star is a trained Laughter PLAY Therapist and has been facilitating laughter sessions in her local community and at festivals across the United Kingdom since 2016. Her laughter base is quickly expanding and she's super excited to bring her workshop to LoveHerder 2025.

Join Bridget for a dance workshop using traditional moves to create a high energy dance experience for all abilities, giving both the mind and body freedom and time to explore Afro/Latin movement.

About the facilitator

Bridget’s constant love for dance has been lifelong and very driven by her passion for Latin American and African rhythms. This has led her to deliver within education, performing arts as well as the community with a constant desire to bring people together to represent such a strong and empowering art form. Her belief is that movement is a necessary form of communication for all and alongside music, dance is responsible for carrying aswell as translating traditions, beliefs and stories across nations.

Somatic movement to release tension and to free your body

Somatic movement gets to the root cause of your muscular tension, that is the reflex ways that the body responds to everyday life and stress to create unhelpful habitual ways of holding yourself. Come and learn how to unwind you tension and stress with lots of takeaways for home practice.

Release tension from your neck and shoulders

So many of us have the world on our shoulders with aches and pains and stiffness in neck and shoulders. Come and learn why this happens and learn what to do to help to release it. There will be lots of movements you can learn to takeaway and use on a regular basis to prevent the build-up of the tension in the first place.

Ian has a depth to his teaching gained from a lifetime of working with a challenging arthritic condition so he can bring his experience to teach from the inside how to release the tension using a practice called Hanna somatic movement.

Issachar has been on a journey through many parts of self, study and connection for some time now where she picked up many intuitive practices and learnt how to connect with her ancestors and the elements. Through which she began to create, weave, sing and develop in many areas of life with a fundamental learning of everything is relationship. Issachar is passionate about change and bridging gaps stepping in and out of communities honouring solitude as she is also on a self -healing journey and speaks at conferences in schools, universities and councils on trauma, compassion and community needs.

Create a spirit doll, using potent materials sourced from the landscape , including personal objects, herbs, spells, alchemising creativity, nature, spirit and intention to empower and energise your doll, weaving life and love into your creation.

Art has always been a doorway for Nuala to process her experiences, focusing mainly on the female form as an expression of 'how it feels'. She works with clay, paint, drawing and textiles.

Throughout the festival we will be providing the opportunity for children to engage in nature, recycle and reuse crafts and workshops. There will be morning and afternoon sessions from Friday to Monday, for your little and not so little ones to have fun and get messy!!!

These sessions are a fantastic bonding opportunity for our future generations to laugh, create, play and explore the endless opportunities available to them.
