LoveHerder Crew Sign Up

Hey you beautiful being

Thank you for applying to join the LoveHerder crew, over the past couple of years we had the best, heart-centred, most reliable and hardworking crew and it was much appreciated by all of our guests!!

As a member of the crew you are crucial to the smooth running of the event and the beginning of the LoveHerder journey, creating a special and loving place where our guest feel safe and you give them the ability to be authentically themselves during their stay with us.

In exchange for a minimum of 4 hours of your time each day (over 4 days) we will offer you a full camping and festival ticket, plus a meal for each shift completed.  Please note that we will need you as a minimum from the morning of Thursday 12th June 2024 until the morning of Tuesday 17th June 2025 (all camping costs will be covered).

Further details will be sent on receipt of your application.

Our ethos for volunteering at LoveHerder is relaxed and be yourself, as long as our guests are happy and you can help enhance their experience, we are happy.  There will obviously be a rota, but the main focus will be on trust, communication and mutual respect, which is key for our team to be successful. We are very fortunate to have some experienced souls on our crew who have offered their volunteering skills at other conscious festivals around the UK, so if you are new to this, you will be in safe hands.

If you are applying, please ensure you can be on-site no later than 1:30 pm on Thursday 12th June for site introduction, crew briefing and role introduction. (You are able to arrive the night before if need be, but please ensure you let us know no later than Friday 30th May).

Shifts vary from Thursday-Monday evening depending on your role.

FOOD:
During set-up we will provide and co-create community vegan meals and evening hangouts. One meal ticket will be provided for each shift you complete. For volunteers not on set-up / take down you will be required to volunteer between 4-6 hours per day from Friday-Monday.

Bring:
Mug, plate, bowl, fork, spoon, refillable bottle;
Suitable walking shoes (we are in ancient woodland and it can be craggy underfoot)
