Thank you for your interest in bringing your offerings to LoveHerder 2025.

‍We are still taking applications from Traders of clothing, jewellery, crafts, crystals and other quirky offerings.

Our event
Plant based, eco and ethical traders
Up to 450 people
Farm and Fell, Birks Farm, Sedbergh LA10 5HQ

‍Market / Healer stall fee
‍- Fee for 3 x 3 m gazebo £75 (1 person) - £125 (2 people)
- Fees for larger than 3 x 3 m gazebo £95 (1 person) - £145 (2 people)
- £50 deposit (non-refundable)
- Trading begins 4:00 pm Friday 13th June 2024 (all traders must be on site and set-up by this time)
- Trading hours: 10 am – to whenever you wish to close!

Food and Drinks trader
- Fee: 20% of revenue to be paid via cash or BACS at the close of event
- £100 deposit (non-refundable)
- 3 food traders in total
- You must be a registered food business and provide us with a copy of the following: Public liability insurance, food management plan, risk assessment, allergen list, hygiene and safety certificates, PAT tested appliances, gas certificate, suitable and hygiene set-up.
- Plant based and healthy food traders only - no processed fake meats.
- Gluten free caterer required
- Be committed to eco & ethical principles of LoveHerder - no single use plastic.
- All disposable plates, cutlery & cups must be paper compostable & disposed of properly.
- Last entry on site for set-up 2 pm, Thursday 12th June 2024.
- Food trading begins at 4 pm on Friday 13th June 2024.
- Food traders required to cater for breakfast (8:30 am onwards), lunch (12 noon onwards), dinner (4:00 pm onwards) and evening (6:00 pm onwards) (please specify which meals you will be providing)
